This morning’s version of the ChocoNut baked oatmeal was just as delicious!
It can’t really be compared to anything I’ve ever tasted. It’s got the potential to be called cookie-like in shape and texture…but it’s almost too soft, so it’s more like a cake or muffin top…oh, I don’t know – it’s just good! Especially with a little PB on top 😉
I slept in until 8:00 this morning – funny how that seems like sleeping in nowadays. I used to be the girl who could sleep until noon no problem! I’ve had a leisurely morning, enjoying a mug of Coffee Cocoa while I read about sex differences in personality.
I hope to learn more about myself and my femininity than I ever thought possible 😉
Off to class for now, but I’ll be home for lunch! Hm…what should I make?
