I think laziness is the key here folks – I am very tired and the prospect of starting on my three (yes, that’s right, three) papers that are due next week just isn’t appealing. So instead, I took a break, watched some Grey’s Anatomy, read some blogs and procrastinated the night away! Ahhhhhh…feels good

Dinner tonight was a repeat (bad food blogger, bad!) from last night – Panera! The roomie and I decided it’s simply the best of the best, and that is that 😉

I did manage to vary up the close-up picture for your viewing pleasure – tonight it was of the salad instead of the bread – clever, right?!

Here’s something you don’t see every day, though. For a snack today, I had some whole grain Naan bread – I love this stuff! I think it works best as an alternative pizza crust, but it makes a good snack too!

I also had the last of my strawberries and blackberries while watching Grey’s Anatomy. It made for a huge bowl of fruit! I hope that they are still at their optimum ripeness at the store this weekend!

I’m looking forward to baking something this weekend. I haven’t decided what yet, but I do know that it would be impossible for me to spend an entire weekend writing papers! What better way to blow off some steam than to create something delicious? I hope everyone has a Fantastic Friday!

Sweet dreams 🙂

  1. Procrastination is my middle name. =D Grey’s Anatomy is my favorite way to procrastinate!! Can’t wait for the season finale… especially after that little episode in the elevator!!

Mmmm, those berries just smell like summer to me! (I can imagine the smell, is that too weird?)

Your fruit bowl is calling my name!! That’s what I enjoyed last night as well, as I watched the AMAZING season finale of ‘The Office’ :0)

Melissa ~ Naan Bread is basically flatbread, and you can find it at Whole Foods (I also found it at my regular grocery store). I definitely recommend it!

VeggieGirl ~ I think I may know what I’m going to bake…we’ll see how it turns out!
