Feeling a “Whole” lot better

Busy, busy day. Stressful, too. BUT – I’m feeling a “Whole” lot better because I just came back from Whole Foods with a slew of goodies!

I should be covered for quite a while! I can’t wait to compare the meringue cookies and try the energy bars, soy pudding, AND almond butter for the very first time! Product reviews to come as I encounter each one!

The highlight of the trip though, was this part of the purchase:

WHEAT BERRIES!!

A big bag of ’em, too! They were 69 cents per pound, which I thought was pretty reasonable. I can’t wait to try them with my oatmeal!

Time to get back to work – although grocery shopping and talking about food is SO MUCH MORE FUN!!

  3. I see two kashi golean rolls in that picture and I’m telling you right now – DON’T EAT THEM. You’ll be signing yourself up for a lifetime of broke-ness, because you will just want to buy bar after bar because they’re actually that good.

    Save yourself the addiction. Pack them up, and mail them to me. All hope for my recovery has long been gone, so it can’t hurt πŸ˜‰

  4. Quite the buy! Tell me how that almond butter is, as I’m ALWAYS looking for a good chunky version (I’m glad you like chunky too, I like MAJOR chunks!)

    Mmmmmmm, the pudding and ice cream are amazing, I wish I had them right now.

  6. I love your results! Did you find the wheatberries with all of the other bulk items (pasta, trail mix, grains) at Whole Foods? Some items will catch like wildfire around these blogs and then I just have to try them!
