Good Tuesday morning!
I’ll be honest – I was completely unable to get out of bed to work out this morning! I think it might have to do with my springtime allergies. They usually come in the morning and stay with me through the early afternoon – itchy eyes, stuffy nose…TMI? 😉
So after pressing the snooze button one too many times, I finally pushed back the sheets and started my (cloudy) day.
For breakfast, I started out with a serving of Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar instant oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon. It’s not the most flattering picture – I guess it’s the difference between stove top and microwaveable oats!
Along with the oatmeal I had a Choconana Pudding Muffin!
These are seriously the best muffins I have ever had. I highly recommend that you try them! The pudding makes them perfectly moist with a hint of chocolate flavor, and the oats give them that just right chewy texture!
To round out my breakfast I enjoyed a mug of Coffee Cocoa. What a great way to start the day
I’ve got a full day of classes ahead of me, but I’m feeling fueled and ready to run – apparently I’m also a car?
