Good Tuesday morning!

I’ll be honest – I was completely unable to get out of bed to work out this morning! I think it might have to do with my springtime allergies. They usually come in the morning and stay with me through the early afternoon – itchy eyes, stuffy noseTMI? πŸ˜‰

So after pressing the snooze button one too many times, I finally pushed back the sheets and started my (cloudy) day.

For breakfast, I started out with a serving of Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar instant oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon. It’s not the most flattering picture – I guess it’s the difference between stove top and microwaveable oats!

Along with the oatmeal I had a Choconana Pudding Muffin!

These are seriously the best muffins I have ever had. I highly recommend that you try them! The pudding makes them perfectly moist with a hint of chocolate flavor, and the oats give them that just right chewy texture!

To round out my breakfast I enjoyed a mug of Coffee Cocoa. What a great way to start the day :)

I’ve got a full day of classes ahead of me, but I’m feeling fueled and ready to run – apparently I’m also a car?

Have a great day everyone!

You poor thing! I can’t imagine how hard it must be to have spring allergies. No fun! I hope they ease up soon.

Ah who cares what oats look like, it’s what they taste like! I microwave my rolled oats and it turns out the same as stovetop, and even if the edges of the bowl look all yucky, I don’t have to do so much dish washing! =)

I sometimes wake up in the morning with springtime allergy symptoms – ahh, the pleasures of living in the Midwest/East Coast. Hang in there!

Oooh, that muffin looks divine – yum! Haha, your being a car comment made me laugh out loud :0)

I love the name of your muffins :)

Haha, did you see the pics of my oatmeal, the bowls always look gross but I agree w/ Romina, they taste delish! I never have had oats stove top for time’s sake, I always microwave!

Romina ~ Allergies are definitely not fun! And hm…I may have to try the microwaved rolled oats because I agree, extra dishes are no fun! :)

VeggieGirl ~ Yes…the Midwest: clouds, allergies, cold…why do I live here again? πŸ˜‰

Lindz ~ Thanks! And now that you’ve said it too, I definitely must try to microwave my oats!

Jill ~ Thanks, I try – just kidding πŸ˜‰
