Not oats…goat!

by Jenn (eating bender) on June 11, 2008

After spending a little over an hour swimming and hanging out by the pool, my brother and I came in and were ready to eat lunch! Last time I was home, I bought a huge box of Boca vegan burgers at Costco. They had yet to be opened, so I made one for each of us :)

I topped mine with some goat cheese and had some barbecue sauce on the side. I also ate my burger with a piece of Sara Lee 100% Whole Wheat with Honey bread.

Along with the delicious burger, I heated up some frozen green beans and drizzled Annie’s Goddess dressing over the top. I was so glad to have that dressing again!!

To top off my lunch, I had a few fruity Mentos – these are kind of an unspoken addiction of mine. I especially love the pink ones :)

I may or may not have had a few more than this picture indicates. You decide 😉

I’ve been watching Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Ark with my brother. Has anyone seen the new movie? I wasn’t really familiar with them at all, but this one is good! Perhaps I will have to go see the one in theaters once I’ve seen all of the old ones. Later today, my brother and I are planning to go the gym. Then…we’ll see what happens! I’m loving the unknown spontanaiety :)

Lindz ~ The burgers are great! And yes, Mentos come in fruity flavors – strawberry, orange, lemon and apple :)
