I say that because I had oatmeal for breakfast and also just finished baking some Choconana Pudding Pie!
I slept in good and late this morning, which was the most refreshing thing I’ve done all week! When I woke up, I decided to make some purple oatmeal.
Basically Maple & Brown Sugar instant oatmeal with frozen blueberries, which turns the concoction slightly purple! I also added flax, wheat germ, and a spoonful of Dark Chocolate Dreams. I ate it in my purple bowl to continue the theme
Continuing on the oaty trend, I just made some Choconana Pudding Pie! It’s the same recipe as my Choconana Pudding Muffins but this time I used a circle pan because I didn’t feel like separating out the batter into separate muffin cups 😉
