Repeat much?

I’m warning you now – this post is not very innovative. In fact, I could probably use pictures I’ve taken before for all of my meals. But hey, I did take new ones, so if you want to check them out, then by all means! I’m just sayin, prepare to be underwhelmed (I’m apparently really good at promoting my blog, by the way.)

So forget what I said about it being nice outside today. I woke up to grey clouds, which surprised me since I checked the weather forecast last night and it was supposed to be relatively nice. So I checked again and all of the sudden there is rain, rain, rain! It made for an extra super fun walk to work with my pink umbrella.

BREAKFAST

Another batch of Berry Blend Oats! This time I was able to get up early enough to make them on the stove. I swear old fashioned oats on the stove are the best form of oatmeal around!

I ate the oatmeal with a spoonful of Cinnamon Raisin Swirl peanut butter – perfect!

LUNCH

I knew I was leaving the office early today, so I was able to get by without a morning snack. Lunch was gross catered again – I’m not actually sure from where this time. I loaded up on the salad (just your simple field greens, tomatoes and cheese) and fruit (blueberries, melon, grapes and kiwi) and then took what I thought was a chicken salad sandwich. It turned out to be tuna. I am not a fan a tuna. Therefore, I scraped the inside of my sandwich off and ate the bread, which was honey whole wheat.

No use letting bread go to waste, right?

SNACK + MOVIE

Well, I’m not really sure what happened, but soon after that I was grateful for the chance to leave early because I got one of the most intense stomachaches I have ever had (and believe me, I have had some bad ones – but I will spare my problems as this is a food blog and that might be TMI!)

So the ride home pretty much stunk. But once I got home, I was able to relax and make myself feel better 🙂 I had a cup of Coffee Cocoa while watching Pride & Prejudice – I LOVE that movie!!

I also nibbled on some chocolate chips, because those really do help an ailing stomach.

DINNER

There was still one pizza crust left. It was so good a few days ago that I just had to make it again.

I used the same ingredients as last time (that’s Bobby’s half on the left) but added a little goat cheese to the mix this time. It turned out great once again!! I love eating healthy pizza

A close-up of the goodies:

After dinner I went to the gym and got in a nice workout on the elliptical. I came back and had a peach while watching Jeopardy.

Peach + Jeopardy = a perfect way to end the night 8)

  5. My friends have informaed me I am no longer allowed to watch Jeopordy around them because I always yell out the answer after the contestant already answered it and claim i knew it, i just didnt say it fast enough. they are just jealous of my smarts.

plus, i always say “I’ll take anal bum covers for $1000.”

“Don’t you mean an album cover?”
