Happy humpday, everyone! I found the following link on the Women’s Health Magazine site and thought I’d share it with you in a midday post:

The recipes all look like great options for quick and easy lunches, dinners, what have you. Especially that Warm Garbanzo and Quinoa Salad!

Of course, the chicken marsala recipe has nothing on my dad’s version! Steve’s Chicken Marsala is unbeatable, in my humble opinion šŸ˜‰ “See” you later!

I ripped that article out of my women’s health at the beginning of the week so I remember to make the garbanzo and quinoa salad this weekend, the picture looked so good. I actually found a lot of good vegetarian recipes in my Shape magazine this week too that I can’t wait to make!! I love Women’s Health.
