Coffee Cocoa is something I came up with through trial and error. Now that I’ve perfected it for my taste, I can’t get enough of it! I probably drink at least one every day - and sometimes more!
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 tbsp. soy creamer (I use Silk French Vanilla)
- 1/2 tbsp. hot chocolate powder
- 1 tbsp. fat-free whipped cream
After brewing the coffee, stir in 1 tbsp. soy creamer and 1/2 tbsp. hot chocolate powder. Add a dollop of whipped cream and, if you’re like me, an extra sprinkle of hot chocolate powder on top for that extra bit of decadence that can’t be beat You can play around with the creamer and hot chocolate to get a stronger or weaker “cocoa” taste. Enjoy!
