P90X: Kenpo X

This P90X workout was by far my favorite of the entire selection. Holy BUTT KICKER! It was an hour of nonstop punches, karate kicks and blocks. NONSTOP. The only “breaks” we had were when we did air jump rope, jumping jacks and star jumps. I was totally knocked out (no, I did not punch myself, promise) by the time it was over, but I had a big smile on my face, too.

  1. Absolutely my favorite P90X workout! I love how it’s a more realistic, training-type workout, rather than an over-choreographed “kick-boxing” routine. I feel like I could really kick some butt, LOL!
